There was no pickup for part of the orders last Friday (13-06). One of our carriers did not collect the shipments scheduled for that day. These shipments are expected be picked up today. As a result, the shipments to the countries listed below may be delayed by one working day.
Due to a technical error at Asendia, we were unable to reach their shipping label API yesterday (June 2nd) at the end of the day. As a result, we were not able to create shipping labels from that moment. Some orders are delayed and will ship today.
